We'll meet and you'll discuss your problem. This is your opportunity to get it all off your chest. We then move on to the hypnosis session, which means that for up to 40 minutes, you'll enjoy sitting in a comfy chair whilst feeling completely relaxed. You will be aware of your surroundings and will be in control of every aspect of yourself at all times. Hypnosis is not sleep, it's like daydreaming and most people find when the session is over they feel more alert, more positive and leave with a greater sense of well-being than they've felt in a long time.
